The Multi-Sector Crisis Management Consortium (MSCMC) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit, whose mission is to promote global development and deployment of advanced information technology (IT) for crisis planning, response, mitigation and recovery. MSCMC is headquartered at the NCSA Alliance Center for Collaboration, Education, Science and Software (ACCESS), where the MSCMC convenes meetings, workshops, seminars, pilot projects, and prototypes, and demonstrations. Membership is open to all sectors (federal and local government, academia, private companies, NGOs, and international organizations).
